What you get
Most plans fail because they ask for two hours and a gym membership. This one asks for twenty minutes and a bit of floor space.
Open the day, press play, follow along. It works in the living room, in the park, or in a hotel room at 6am.
Five sessions of twenty minutes, two rest days. Every session is filmed twice, once with weights and once without.
Log each session and your week fills in. Seeing three green days in a row is what keeps you going on day nine.
Simple meals built around the food you already buy, with swaps for the days you eat out. Nothing is banned.
Ask anything and get an answer from a coach the same day. You train on your own, but you are not on your own.
How it works
1
Your level, your time, your equipment. Your plan is ready in about two minutes.
2
Press play and follow the session. Every move is shown slowly first, so you always know what good form looks like.
3
One photo, one weight, one note on how you feel. Your coach adjusts next week from there.
From the club
I have bought four programs before this one and quit all of them by week two. Twenty minutes was short enough that I ran out of excuses. Day 21 was the first time I ever finished anything like this.
I train after the kids are in bed, in the living room, with two dumbbells. The Sunday check in is the part that kept me honest. Someone actually looked at my week and told me what to fix.
I could not do a single push up on day one. On day 21 I did eight. My back stopped hurting at my desk, which I did not expect at all.
Pricing
You pay once and the plan is yours. No monthly fee, no upsell at day seven, no locked bonus content.

About the founder
I spent six years coaching women in a small studio and watched the same thing happen over and over. They did not need a harder plan. They needed a shorter one they could finish.
So I cut everything that was not doing a job. What is left is twenty minutes a day, a food guide you can follow on a normal Tuesday, and a coach who reads your check in and replies.
Nine hundred women have now finished the 21 days with me. If you have started and stopped before, you are exactly who I made this for.

No. Most women in the club start as full beginners. Every session has a lower option, and the first week is built to teach form before it asks for effort.
Twenty minutes, five days a week. That is the whole ask. If you have more time there is an optional ten minute walk or stretch at the end of each day.
No gym. You need floor space and a mat. Every workout is filmed twice, once with a pair of dumbbells and once with nothing at all, so you pick the version that matches what you own.
You pick up where you left off. The plan stays open after the 21 days, so a missed week costs you nothing except the group finishing before you.
No. You pay once. Nothing renews and there is no card charged again later.
Talk to your doctor first, then message us in the chat. We have a gentler version of the plan for the first months after birth and we will point you to it.
